Responsibilities include:
Develops tech packs for tees, fleece and label packaging. Follows up with vendors on approvals for proto, counter and production samples. Works coherently with Merchandising to manage timelines. Design graphics for our apparel and accessory lines.

Assistant Manager |
| | Description: | Assistant Manager of our Flagship store located at the new GardenWalk center in Anaheim.
Position Description: Inspire and energize your team always leading by example. Support the Store Manager in the supervision of sales associates and all other employees essential to efficient operation of the store. Maximize personal and store sales by providing the highest level of customer satisfaction. Ensure that all employees comply with company policies, practices& procedures.
Position Requirements: Support Store Manager in ensuring the store operates within its pre-determined budget (i.e. salary, inventory, expenses, etc.) Adhere to and enforce loss and security policies, credit policies and procedures, i.e. credit cards, employee purchases, deposit logs, return and exchange policies. Assist in training Sales Associates in product knowledge, visual presentation, sales techniques and administration. Support the Manager in all essential duties necessary for the efficient operation of the store

| | Description: | Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Manage all facets of screen development Oversee purchasing of printable blanks Monitor sales figures per product categories * Sample Purchasing Negotiate pricing and lead times Monitor discrepancies on invoices *Development of products from actual concept to commercialization *Must be proficient in doing complete tech packs in excel/ illustrator format *Manage matrices and spec/tech packs *Communicate technical information to overseas vendors *Track proto development & sample production *Issue and ensure the accuracy of sample purchase orders *Maintain time and action calendars and give solutions when calendar or plan isnt followed *Responsible for images and technical data for set category for catalog
Qualifications:
Degree in Merchandising, Product Development and/or Design required 4 years experience working for an apparel manufacturer in a similar role Able to multi task and prioritize work load Must be a team player who takes direction and is proactive on tasks Proficient on a MAC platform specifically with Illustrator and Photoshop Proven communication skills both written and verbal

Key Account- Assistant Designer |
| | Description: | ONeill Clothing has an amazing opportunity for a well-rounded Assistant Designer for our juniors division. This position will support the Key Account Designer in all special make-up (SMU) development.
Responsibilities Include:
*Assisting Key Account Designer in SMU development. *Attend all account meetings and take detailed notes. *Keep up to date binders for cads, lab dips, trims, labels, etc. *Handle all tech packs, matrixes, print, and art. *Maintain organization of all development items. *Manage all incoming and outgoing design packages. *Attend fittings on a weekly basis.
Job Requirements/Qualifications
4-year design degree. Strong candidate out of school or 1+ years of related experience. MUST be proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Proven verbal and written communication skills. Must work well under pressure & manage multiple tasks.
