Currently O’Neill delivers to customers who have an address in Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Romania, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Luxembourg, Greece, Portugal, Slovakia, Sweden, Spain and United Kingdom. We regret that we do not trade to other territories at present but you can subscribe to our newsletter to receive updates regarding this.

Refund of delivery charges?
When returning your complete order, we will refund your delivery charges in full. If only returning some of your products, the delivery charge will remain.

All deliveries are made by our preferred carrier partner. If delivery is unsuccessful three times, a note will be left giving you all the information about where to pick up your parcel..Please be aware that our logistic partner does not deliver to a depot (for examples DHL packstations)
All items are insured by O’Neill until they have been delivered at your address. If the package being delivered is obviously damaged on the outside, you should refuse the delivery. We will then arrange a new shipment as soon as the package is returned to us.
Any complaints regarding the state in which goods have been delivered must be made to O’Neill by contacting Customer Services by e-mail or phone no later than two working days upon receipt of the goods.
