We want you, your family and your friends to love the gifts they receive this Christmas. Therefore, we are happy to extend our 14 day returns policy over the festive period. Any purchases made between 25th November 2016 and 31st December 2016 can be returned until 31st January 2017. For purchases made after 31st December 2016 the standard 14 day policy applies.

Refund of delivery charges?
When returning your complete order, we will refund your delivery charges in full. If only returning some of your products, the delivery charge will remain.
Things To Keep In Mind
- You have 14 days to send the item(s) back
- You can send the return package free of charge with the return shipping label
- Submitting your returns on the digital returns page
- To check the status on a parcel delivered by Hermes, then please visit Track and Trace
- Ensure your returns are adequately packaged in the bag/box that it was sent to you in.
- Your refund will be processed within 10 working days from the moment we have received the returned item(s).
- Please be aware we do not offer the option to exchange your product. We advise to return your order and place a new one.
- We cannot accept returns which are not send with included return sending label
- We cannot process your return if the Returns Form in missing
- Any items which are washed, worn, or have the original tags removed cannot be refunded.
