Refund of delivery charges?
When returning your complete order, we will refund your delivery charges in full. If only returning some of your products, the delivery charge will remain.

- You can send the return package free of charge with the return shipping label
- Submitting your returns on the digital returns page
- If your order was delivered by PostNL/DPD, please find your local return location via: PostNL/DPD
- Returns made with PostNL/DPD can be tracked via: Track and Trace
- If your order was delivered by Colissimo, please find your local return location via: Colissimo
- Returns made with Colissimo can be tracked via: Track and Trace
- Ensure your returns are adequately packaged in the bag/box that it was sent to you in.
- Your refund will be processed within 10 working days from the moment we have received the returned item(s).
- Please be aware we do not offer the option to exchange your product. We advise to return your order and place a new one.
- We cannot accept returns which are not sent with included return sending label
- We cannot process your return if the Returns Form in missing
- Any items which are washed, worn, or have the original tags removed cannot be refunded.
