We want you, your family and your friends to love the gifts they receive this Christmas. Therefore, we are happy to extend our 14 day returns policy over the festive period. Any purchases made between 20th November 2015 and 3rd January 2016 can be returned until 31st January 2016. For purchases made after 3rd January 2016 the standard 14 day policy applies.
To return an order you need to activate your order history online via the digital returns page
Things To Keep In Mind
- You can send the return package free of charge with the return shipping label
- Call UPS to make a pickup appointment or bring your package to an UPS Access Point after submitting your returns on the digital returns page
- Ensure your returns are adequately packaged in the bag/box that it was sent to you in.
- Your refund will be processed within 10 working days from the moment we have received the returned item(s).
- Please be aware we do not offer the option to exchange your product. We advise to return your order and place a new one.
- We cannot accept returns which are not send with included return sending label
- We cannot process your return if the Returns Form in missing
- Any items which are washed, worn, or have the original tags removed cannot be refunded.
