Things To Keep In Mind
- You have 14 days to send the item(s) back
- You can send the return package free of charge with the return shipping label
- Submitting your returns on the digital returns page
- If your parcel was delivered by UPS then you need to call UPS to make a pick up appointment or take your package to a UPS Access Point.
- If your parcel was delivered by Hermes then please visit Hermes for your local drop off point and take your package there. Returns can be tracked through Track and Trace
- Ensure your returns are adequately packaged in the bag/box that it was sent to you in.
- Your refund will be processed within 10 working days from the moment we have received the returned item(s).
- Please be aware we do not offer the option to exchange your product. We advise to return your order and place a new one.
- We cannot accept returns which are not send with included return sending label
- We cannot process your return if the Returns Form in missing
- Any items which are washed, worn, or have the original tags removed cannot be refunded.
