How can I place an order?
To place an order select your desired item and add it to your shopping basket. If you are interested in buying one or more items online, you can change the quantity and selection in the course of the buying process. Once you are satisfied with your selection, follow the instructions on the checkout page to complete your order. As soon as you confirm your order, an automated e-mail confirmation will be sent.
What payment methods can I use?
For Great Britain, payment can be made by credit cards (Visa & MasterCard), Maestro and PayPal.
For other countries:
Denmark, Greece, Luxembourg and Portugal: credit cards (Mastercard and Visa) or Paypal.
Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, and Slovakia: credit cards (Mastercard and Visa), Trustpay or Paypal.
Italy, Sweden, Finland and Spain: credit cards (Mastercard and Visa), Banktransfer or Paypal.
Poland: credit cards (Mastercard and Visa), Banktransfer, Trustpay or Paypal.
Are there limits with regards to the quantity of goods I can order online?
To satisfy all our customers there is no minimum order value on the O'Neill eshop.
What happens as soon as I have confirmed my order online?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an e-mail notification to confirm that we have indeed received your order. We will verify the personal and payment information you submitted for completeness and validity. In case any information should be missing or erroneous, we will contact you for more details.
What should I check upon delivery of my goods?
The courier will deliver your goods, provided that you sign the delivery slip. You should then check the item(s) for quality and accuracy. If the package being delivered is obviously damaged on the outside, you should refuse the delivery and contact our Customer Services

How can I cancel my order?
The time between the placement of your order and dispatch is very limited therefore, you cannot cancel your order once you've received the confirmation e-mail and will have to return the item under the terms of the returns policy.
I want to return the order for a refund. What should I do?
To return an order you need to activate your order history via the digital returns page.
My goods are damaged or faulty. What should I do?
If the package is damaged you should refuse the delivery. If the goods are damaged, please contact Customer Service immediately, no later than 48 hours. For electronic items, we will get back to you with further details with regards to repair possibilities.
Where do you deliver?
Currently O’Neill delivers to customers who have an address in The Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Austria, France, Italy, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Sweden, Romania, Finland, Luxembourg, Greece, Portugal, Spain and United Kingdom only. We regret that we do not trade to other territories at present but you can subscribe to our newsletter to receive updates regarding this.
Is there a delivery charge for orders?
In the upper right corner (below the shopping basket) will state the amount you need to spend to get free delivery. Orders are shipped under this amount according to our standard rate of € 3.95.
When will I receive my order?
- We deliver within 2 working days provided receipt of payment is before 2 p.m. . [ i.e. Payment receipt before 2 p.m. on Monday and your order will arrive on Wednesday. Any order after 2 p.m. on Monday will arrive on Thursday.
- Orders done during the weekend will be delivered within the following 2 working days.
