How can I place an order?
To place an order select your desired item and add it to your shopping basket. If you are interested in buying one or more items online, you can change the quantity and selection in the course of the buying process. Once you are satisfied with your selection, follow the instructions on the checkout page to complete your order. As soon as you confirm your order, an automated e-mail confirmation will be sent.
What payment methods can I use?
For Germany we accept Creditcards (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal, Eu-Transfer or Direct Transfer .
For other countries:
Denmark, Greece, Luxembourg and Portugal: credit cards (Mastercard, American Express and Visa), Maestro or Paypal.
Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Romania and Slovakia: credit cards (Mastercard, American Express and Visa), Maestro or Paypal.
Italy, Sweden, Finland and Spain: credit cards (Mastercard, American Express and Visa), Maestro, Banktransfer or Paypal.
Poland: credit cards (Mastercard, American Express and Visa)or Maestro.
Are there limits with regards to the quantity of goods I can order online?
To satisfy all our customers there is no minimum order value on the O'Neill eshop.
What happens as soon as I have confirmed my order online?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an e-mail notification to confirm that we have indeed received your order. We will verify the personal and payment information you submitted for completeness and validity. In case any information should be missing or erroneous, we will contact you for more details.
What should I check upon delivery of my goods?
The courier will deliver your goods, provided that you sign the delivery slip. You should then check the item(s) for quality and accuracy. If the package being delivered is obviously damaged on the outside, you should refuse the delivery and contact our Customer Services

How can I cancel my order?
The time between the placement of your order and dispatch is very limited therefore, you cannot cancel your order once you've received the confirmation e-mail and will have to return the item under the terms of the returns policy.
I want to return the order for a refund. What should I do?
I have not received the track & trace link. What should I do?
Your order has been sent to you using a trackable service. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email from us once your order is on its way; simply click on your tracking link on this email to view the tracking. Order shipping occurs same or next day from order placement.
My goods are damaged or faulty. What should I do?
If the package is damaged you should refuse the delivery. If the goods are damaged, please contact Customer Service immediately, no later than 48 hours. For electronic items, we will get back to you with further details with regards to repair possibilities.
I want to return my order. What should I do?
Please register your return online on the digital returns page, your parcel include a peelable return label, which you can find inside of the return document( brown envolope). stick the return label to your parcel and drop it off at the carrier Access Point. As soon as the item is returned to our warehouse, your refund will automatically be refunded within 10 working days.
I want to re-order an item in a different colour or size.
Of course you are able to re-order an item. Please go on the digital returns page, register your return and select the button re-roder.Now you can select a new size or colour. Please then go back to your shopping cart and complete the new order and payment process for the item. Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange the products. Your returned item will be refunded automatically as soon as it is received by our warehouse.
Where do you deliver?
Currently O’Neill delivers to customers who have an address in The Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Austria, France (with the exception of Corsica), Italy, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Sweden, Romania, Finland, Luxembourg, Greece, Portugal, Spain and United Kingdom only. We regret that we do not trade to other territories at present but you can subscribe to our newsletter to receive updates regarding this.
Refund of delivery charges?
When returning your complete order, we will refund your delivery charges in full. If only returning some of your products, the delivery charge will remain.
Is there a delivery charge for orders?
Orders are shipped according to our standard rates.
When will I receive my order?
If you order by 2pm Monday – Friday, you’ll receive your goods within the next day. Orders after 2pm will be delivered 2 days later. Orders after 2pm Friday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

Do you deliver to all locations??
Unfortunately there are some locations where we don't ship to, for example some islands and remote locations. You will notice this when you can’t go further in the checkout process. We regret that we do not ship to these locations but you can visit our store locator to find your closest store.
