The 2011The O'Neill Surf de Nuit, presented by Philips & Orangina returns toAnglet/ Chambre d'Amour to produce the most spectacular and exciting event ofthe summer.
The O'Neill Surf de Nuit is not just any surf contest, it is an astounding mix ofmusic and surf, with day and night spectacles providing an experience like noother.
Frommidday on August 19th, O'Neill is providing free surf lessons andstand up paddleboard lessons with professional Team O'Neill riders as yourteachers.
Then at6pm is when things really get started. With surf videos playing on a giant screenon the beach, free music concerts and DJs – Da Brasilians, Kid Bombardos, Hushpuppiesand DJ Maf will play live right on the beach of Sables d'Or.
It is the perfect backdrop to what is guaranteed to be an amazing finals of the nightsurfing aerial show with some of the best freesurfers in the world, including ShaunCansdell, Nick Riley, Hugo Savalli, and Christophe Allary
10,000spectators are expected to watch the boys showing off their best tricks in thewater under the light of huge helium balloons hovering overhead.
Aperfect surfing day open to everyone, a unique night air show together withlive music…it is the ultimate O'Neill experience not to be missed.
