Our Finance department takes care of optimal financial management reporting and is involved in several improvement projects. The Administrator will be responsible to accomplish financial administative work, as well in a team as independently, for optimal information services and reporting.

CREDIT CONTROL EMPLOYEE GERMANY

 

You will independently maintain a good working relation with German O’Neill Customers in order to guard guaranteed, correct and in time payments.

 

Responsiblities

-- Daily contact with German O’Neill customers in order to guard guaranteed, correct and in time payments.
-- Regularly and whenever necessary, report, analyse and alert upon payment behaviour of German O’Neill customers to internal stakeholders (EU Credit Control manager, Group Controller, CS and commerce).
-- Applying and monitoring of Credit Spaces with the Credit Insurance Company and administration in the ERP-System.
-- Inform, report and liaise with the Sales Department, Finance Manager and Country Manager of O'Neill Germany (and any other people/department involved or to be informed) on current process status of orders, invoices, disputes etc. in guidance of the in place policies of Credit Control and ONE/ONG.
-- Performing actively on the continuation of the department and actively contributing to improvement of processes, policies and any other relevant topics of the Credit Control Department and O’Neill.
-- Perform on all relevant Credit Controller responsibilities, i.e. administration of Credit Spaces, knowledge of restrictions/requirements of the Credit Insurance Company and in place policies, processes and procedures of the Credit Control department and ONE/ONN.
 

Requirements

-- Education level: HBO
-- Good knowledge and working skills with Microsoft Office, RA-Trade, M3.
Good knowledge of English and German language
-- Minimum 2 years of working experience in a financial administrative environment on HBO level

SENIOR DESIGNER ACCESSORIES AND FOOTWEAR

Responsibilities

-- Develop the no. of collections  for relevant product categories required by the development schedule of O’Neill
-- Develop collections based on latest trend research and market performance information incl. inspirational research, competitor research, retail- and wholesale performance information
-- Develop collections based on divisional line plan including collection development schedule, turnover budget, margin targets, complexity- and retail price proposals and as well according to the divisional cost budget
-- Maximize on turnover potential thru execution of in-season flash & repeats
-- A-Z responsibility for optic, hand feel, workmanship and fit of the styles in close cooperation with technician and buyer.
Job requirements

-- Bachelor degree or similar in preferably in textiles/apparel
-- At least 5-7 years experience in Apparel and/or Sportswear industry; a proven design track record
-- Advanced user of Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, MSOffice Word/Excel/Power point, PDM Quest etc.
-- Excellent verbal and written language skills in English;
-- Willingness to travel frequently
-- Willing to live in The Netherlands

O'NEILL SEA ODYSSEY


O'Neill Sea Odyssey (OSO) was founded in 1996 by wetsuit innovator and surfer Jack O'Neill. A living classroom was created on board a 65-foot catamaran sailing the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary where 4th - 6th grade students from schools throughout Central California receive hands-on lessons about the marine habitat and the importance of the relationship between the living sea and the environment. The program is conducted on board the catamaran with follow-up lessons at the shore-side Education Center at the Santa Cruz Harbor. It is free of charge, but students earn their way into the program by designing and performing a project to benefit their community.
