Our warehouse and couriers are working hard to deliver your order on time, but please be advised our leadtimes might be a bit longer due to the high volume of orders. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
To ensure that your parcel arrives in time for Christmas, please place your order before the above mentioned dates. Otherwise, we can no longer guarantee the delivery before Christmas.
If there are any delays in your order, do not hesitate to contact our customer service via our contact form. We will do our best to help you in this situation.
Please note that parcel shops may have different opening hours over the Christmas period.
Our office will be closed on December 25/26/27/31st and the 1st of January, on these days we cannot be reached by phone.

The time between placing an order and processing it is very short. It is therefore not possible to change or cancel an order. You can return a wrong or unwanted product and place a new order for the correct product via the website.
The article didn’t fit? Unfortunately we are not able to do direct exchanges.
In our online shop, you can see if the item is still available in the right size or color. Then you can order it again.
During the holiday period, you can return an item free of charge until 31 January 2020. We will refund you the full purchase amount within 12 working days of receipt of your return. In case you return the complete order, you will also get the shipping costs refunded.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have until January 31st to send it back to us free of charge and we’ll refund you the purchase price.

Our return process can take up to 12 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once we have processed your return successfully. The refund will be transferred to the account you paid the order with.
