Currently O'Neill delivers to customers who have an address in Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Romania, Finland, France (with the exception of Corsica), Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Luxembourg, Greece, Portugal, Slovakia, Sweden, Spain and United Kingdom. We regret that we do not trade to other territories at present but you can subscribe to our newsletter to receive updates regarding this.

Unfortunately there are some locations where we don't ship to, for example some islands and remote locations. You will notice this when you can’t go further in the checkout process. We regret that we do not ship to these locations but you can visit our store locator to find your closest store.

All deliveries are made by our preferred carrier partner. If delivery is unsuccessful three times, a note will be left giving you all the information about where to pick up your parcel..

Please be aware that our carrier partner does not deliver to a depot (for examples DHL packstations)

All items are insured by O’Neill until they have been delivered at your address. If the package being delivered is obviously damaged on the outside, you should refuse the delivery. We will then arrange a new shipment as soon as the package is returned to us.

The courier will deliver your goods, provided that you sign the delivery slip. You should then check the item(s) for quality and accuracy. If the package being delivered is obviously damaged on the outside, you should refuse the delivery and contact our Customer Services

Unfortunately, it can happen that a parcel is being returned to us, for example due to a failed delivery. Once we have received your parcel in the warehouse it will be checked, processed and at the very end a full refund will be done.

If you would still like to receive the goods you would have to place a new order in our online shop.

We’re sorry if we sent you something you didn't order. Please return the wrong item to us and make a note on the return slip that you did not order it.

The wrong item was delivered instead of an item you ordered? Please re-order the item you would like to receive. If you have already paid for it, you will be refunded as soon as we have received and processed your return in our warehouse.
