You can always contact us through the contact form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

The time between placing an order and processing it is very short. It is therefore not possible to change or cancel an order. You can return a wrong or unwanted product and place a new order for the correct product via the website.

Our warehouse and couriers are working hard to deliver your order on time, but please be advised our leadtimes might be a bit longer due to the high volume of orders we receive between Black Friday and Cyber Monday. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have until January 31st to send it back to us free of charge and we’ll refund you the purchase price.

Please keep the following in mind:

  • We have extended our return period until the 31st of January, so you can do all your Holiday shopping without any stress.
  • You can ship the return free of charge with the included return label
  • If you’re missing the return label in your package, please contact customer service.
  • Make sure your returns are adequately packaged in the bag/box that it was sent to you in.
  • Your refund will be processed within 12 working days from the moment we have received the returned item(s).
  • Please be aware we do not offer the option to exchange your product. We advise to return your order and place a new one.
  • We cannot accept returns which are send without the provided returns label and/or the return form
  • Items that have been washed, worn, or have the original tags removed cannot be refunded.
  • If you didn't buy the item on the O’Neill website we kindly ask you to get in contact with the store of purchase. You will find the details on your proof of purchase.

Our return process can take up to 12 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once we have processed your return successfully. The refund will be transferred to the account you paid the order with.

Please order as early as possible to ensure your gifts arrive in time for Christmas and with plenty of time to gift-wrap.
When you've ordered before the last order delivery dates below, your order should arrive before Christmas and within our usual standard delivery days.
