We want you to enjoy your new item. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to send it back to us and we’ll refund you for the purchase price.
The digital return page is temporarily unavailable. However you can still return your items and receive your refund without having to fill the form. Please send the return package free of charge with the return shipping label as indicated in the package. Stick the return label to your parcel and drop it off at the carrier Access Point.
As soon as the item is returned to our warehouse, your refund will automatically be refunded within 10 working days.
Free Mizu Bottle When You Spend 75€
If you spend 75€ or more and receive the free Mizu bottle, please note that if you partially or fully return your order, please also return the Mizu bottle if your order amount is lower than 75€ on swimwear products. If the bottle is not returned, then your refund will have the cost of the Mizu bottle (22.95€) deducted from it.
If the package is damaged you should refuse the delivery. If the goods are damaged, please contact Customer Service immediately, no later than 48 hours. For electronic items, we will get back to you with further details with regards to repair possibilities.
Of course you are able to re-order an item. Register your return and select the button re-roder.Now you can select a new size or colour. Please then go back to your shopping cart and complete the new order and payment process for the item. Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange the products. Your returned item will be refunded automatically as soon as it is received by our warehouse.
Our return process can take up to 10 working days. As soon as the item is returned to our warehouse, your refund will be transferred to the account you paid the order with. You will receive a confirmation mail once we have processed your return successfully.
