O'Neill currently delivers to customers with an address in Belgium, Bulgaria, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Romania, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Slovakia, Czech Republic, United Kingdom and Sweden.

Unfortunately, there are certain locations where we cannot deliver, for example, islands or remote locations. You will notice this because you cannot proceed when ordering. In our store locator you can find the nearest store that sells O'Neill. Of course we hope to be able to further expand our delivery areas in the future.

Orders from £ 65 are delivered free of charge, for orders below this amount we charge £ 3,-.

All deliveries are made by our preferred carrier partner. If delivery is unsuccessful three times, a note will be left giving you all the information where to pick up your parcel.

Please be aware that our carrier partner does not deliver to depots (for examples DHL packstations).

All products are insured by O'Neill until the order is delivered. If the package delivered is clearly damaged on the outside, you must refuse the delivery. In this case, contact our customer service as soon as possible.

If you order before 6.30 PM CET Monday – Friday, your goods will be dispatched the same day. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. With this link, you can easily track and trace your parcel on our courier's website.

Still waiting for your package?

If your order still did not arrive one week after receiving the shipping confirmation, you might want to check if the package has been delivered to a neighbor or a drop-off point near you. If this is not the case, please contact us.

Unfortunately it happens sometimes that a package cannot be delivered and is send back to our warehouse. The moment we receive your package, it will be checked and processed as a return. We will proceed to a full refund.

If you still want to receive the product, you can place a new order on our webshop.

We are sorry to hear you received an item that you did not order. Please return this item to us with a note on the return form that you did not order this item.

If this item was delivered instead of the item you ordered, we would ask you to re-order the correct item. If you have already paid for this, you will be refunded as soon as we have processed the return in our warehouse. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service.
