If you order before 2.00 PM CET Monday – Friday, your goods will be dispatched the same day. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. With this link, you can easily track and trace your parcel on our courier's website.

If your order still did not arrive one week after receiving the shipping confirmation, you might want to check if the package has been delivered to a neighbor or a drop-off point near you. If this is not the case, please contact us.

The time between placing an order and processing it is very short. It is therefore not possible to change or cancel an order. You can return a wrong or unwanted product and place a new order for the correct product via the website.

The article didn’t fit? Unfortunately we are not able to do direct exchanges.

In our online shop, you can see if the item is still available in the right size or color. Then you can order it again.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to send it back to us free of charge and we’ll refund you the purchase price. Orders placed in December 2019 can be returned until the 31st of January 2020.

Please keep the following in mind:

  • We have extended our return period for orders placed in December until the 31st of January 2020
  • For orders placed after 31 December 2019 you have 30 days to send it back
  • You can ship the return free of charge with the included return label
  • If you’re missing the return label in your package, please contact customer service.
  • Make sure your returns are adequately packaged in the bag/box that it was sent to you in.
  • Your refund will be processed within 12 working days from the moment we have received the returned item(s).
  • Please be aware we do not offer the option to exchange your product. We advise to return your order and place a new one.
  • We cannot accept returns which are send without the provided returns label and/or the return form
  • Items that have been washed, worn, or have the original tags removed cannot be refunded.
  • If you didn't buy the item on the O’Neill website we kindly ask you to get in contact with the store of purchase. You will find the details on your proof of purchase.

Our return process can take up to 12 working days from when we receive the parcel in our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email once we have processed your return successfully. The refund will be transferred to the account you paid the order with.
