If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 60 days to send it back to us free of charge and we’ll refund you the purchase price.

Please keep the following in mind:

  • You can ship the return free of charge with the included return label
  • If you’re missing the return label in your package, please contact our customer service.
  • Ensure your returns are adequately packaged in the bag/box that it was sent to you in.
  • Your refund will be processed within 21 working days from the moment we have received the returned item(s).
  • Please be aware we do not offer the option to exchange your product. We advise to return your order and place a new one.
  • We cannot accept returns which are send without the provided returns label and/or the return form
  • Items that have been washed, worn, or have the original tags removed cannot be refunded.
  • For reasons of hygiene, underwear may only be returned in a completely unworn condition.
  • The hygiene seal may not be removed from women's and girls' swimwear.

We are sorry to hear the goods are damaged, please contact customer service immediately, no later than 48 hours. Please provide us with your order number. If you didn't buy the item on our webshop we kindly ask you to get in contact with the store of purchase. You will find the details on your proof of purchase.

If the package is damaged you should refuse the delivery.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange items. Of course you are able to re-order an item. You can select a new size or color of the product and place an order. Your returned item will be refunded automatically as soon as it is received by our warehouse.

If you return your complete order, the shipping costs will be fully refunded. If only part of the order is returned, the shipping costs will not be refunded.

Our return process can take up to 21 business days. As soon as the item is returned to our warehouse, your refund will be transferred to the account you paid the order with. You will receive a confirmation mail once we have processed your return successfully.
